Breakfast was good, the essentials were there and of good quality. There was not really anything remarkable at breakfast that I would keep as a memory. The location is really good, at walking distance from St Pancras International Station. There was a nice pub and two supermarkets we enjoyed relatively close by. We liked that we could check out at 12:00 and leave our luggage for several more hours after that. We also gatefully used the lobby with free water, tea, coffee to rest from our long walks. Though small, the rooms and the whole hotel were modern and clean.

On arrival the reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was ready without any fuss or the normal '' you will have to wait until after 2.00 or 3.00 pm''. The rooms are clean and modern. We decided to have a drink at the Bar and the Bar staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast on the Saturday morning was excellent, a good choice and everything that needed to be hot was hot. Again the staff were friendly and Professional. Superb Hotel

The property is incredibly central with only a 10-minute walk away from King's Cross/St. Pancras station. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was clean, albeit small, but all space is used incredibly well. There's complementary tea and coffee as well as free water, which was very welcome after my long travel. Overall this hotel is the perfect place to stay while you're in London!

The hotel's location is fantastic, as it is very close to public transportation, making it easy to get around. The staff were extremely helpful and resolved my misbooking issues smoothly. The lobby was clean and inviting, with the added bonus of self-service tea and coffee, which I really appreciated. The room’s heating worked well, the TV was good, and the shower provided reliable hot water.

Firstly, excellent location, you are close to major train stations whilst also being in the center of London. I had a room at the back of the building and it was quiet and couldn't hear anything which is amazing for being near one of the busiest roads of London. The rooms are small but you have everything you could need. Staff were great, and had a really great experience over all.
