On arrival the reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was ready without any fuss or the normal '' you will have to wait until after 2.00 or 3.00 pm''. The rooms are clean and modern. We decided to have a drink at the Bar and the Bar staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast on the Saturday morning was excellent, a good choice and everything that needed to be hot was hot. Again the staff were friendly and Professional. Superb Hotel

The hotel's location is fantastic, as it is very close to public transportation, making it easy to get around. The staff were extremely helpful and resolved my misbooking issues smoothly. The lobby was clean and inviting, with the added bonus of self-service tea and coffee, which I really appreciated. The room’s heating worked well, the TV was good, and the shower provided reliable hot water.

The apartment was just lovely! Perfectly clean and included every amenity you can imagine. Also, Franco, the host, was very attentive and communicative. He made accommodations to our check-in and welcomed us with recommendations and tips. It's very convenient as well - walkable to most everything we wanted to see in Rome.

great little room black out blinds to help with sleep, absolutely no sound from the surrounding rooms or area, the shower was amazing with fantastic water pressure great location right between 3 stations and a nice straight walk i to the heat of london or to camden town
